 gon Yoga.\n\nRecharge your mornings every Tuesday with our Yoga series pre
 sented by Sun Dragon Yoga. Join us for a rejuvenating session\, open to al
 l skill levels – just wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat 
 to start your day with serenity and balance.\n\nWhat to Bring\n\nWater (no
  glass containers)\, a small towel or two\, and a mat\, if you have one. P
 lease note the ground can be wet for these early morning classes so a towe
 l under your mat can be helpful.\n\nWhat to Wear\n\nComfortable clothes th
 at allow a full range of motion. Consider a close-fitting shirt or a shirt
  that can be tucked in. Loose shirts float up on forward bends and get in 
 the way of your practice. Come in whatever shoes you would like\, as pract
 ice will be done in your bare feet.
